If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the unopened item within 14 days of receiving the product for a refund/credit; minus a 5% restocking fee. If you choose to "Refuse Delivery" of your item there were be a $10.00 refusal fee in addition to a 5% restock fee. All opened/unused items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; used items are subject to a 15%-45% restocking fee based on usage, condition, accessories, and packaging (also applies to returned "open box" items).
NOTE: We DO NOT offer any refunds for the unlock services we provide. All sales are final, the only exception to this is if we are provided video proof with IMEI number and the phone showing that the service was not successful.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellations via email to contact@CutYourSim.com . Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
A defective item may be returned (for an exact replacement) within 14 days of days of receiving the item. If an exact replacement is not available, you will be offered an alternative product or a refund, minus shipping charges. The exchange process typically takes 6-10 days to complete. After 14 days our exchange/return policy has expired, you should contact the manufacturer for you for repair or for warranty replacement or exchange, if your device qualifies for this. Please contact the manufacturer to determine if the device you hold is covered under their warranty. Warranty varies by manufacturer, but typically warranties are valid for 1 year from purchase. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST request an RMA in order to return any device. All of our items are shipped from within the United States. We ship our items via USPS to destinations worldwide. The shipping time will vary depending on the shipping method chosen. For our buyers located outside of the USA, the buyer is responsible for any taxes or fees incurred by your countries customs.
