This remote unlocking service is offered for iPhones locked to certain carriers, please see the list of carriers that are supported before purchasing this service. If you choose the wrong carrier your iPhone is locked to, and we submit the order for processing, we cannot provide a refund for this. Remember, please select the carrier the phone was originally bought from and NOT the carrier you want to use. If the carrier is not listed that means we cannot unlock the iPhone
1) Type in your iPhone's IMEI number in the IMEI# section. You can get this number from the phone by dialing *#06# (This is very important) please do not get the IMEI number from the box, or about screen.
NOTE: Please check, and double check your entered IMEI#, we can't give refunds for orders with incorrect IMEI Numbers. Also be 100% sure that the carrier you choose from the unlock list is the carrier your iPhone is LOCKED to/Carrier iPhone was originally purchased from. If you do not know, or not sure about the carrier your iPhone is LOCKED to please use our iPhone Network Finder Service BEFORE purchasing this service!
2) Once payment is received, we will email you when the phone is ready, and unlocked. This can take 3-7 Business days (Depending on which carrier the iPhone is locked to), or less. You will not need to enter any codes, your IMEI# will be added to Apple's whitelist and will be unlocked forever.
3) Once unlock is complete, we will notify you via e-mail. And all you have to do is follow the instructions provided.
